    Returning Online Orders (Ireland)

    We offer a 30-day return policy for online orders delivered.

    • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original box/packaging.
    • Please have your Order Number (e.g. #12345) ready.

    Step 1: Submit a return request (required)

    1. Go to Your Account (or click the profile icon in the store menu).
    2. Enter your email address and follow the one-time verification code sign-in steps.
    3. Open the order you’d like to return and click Request return.
    4. Select the item(s), choose a return reason, add a note (optional), and submit.

    Step 2: Create your An Post return label

    1. Go to An Post Click & Post — Returns and search/select Leavys Shoes.
    2. Enter your Order Number and follow the on-screen steps.
    3. Choose your method:
      • Drop-off at a Post Office / locker (€4.95)
      • Home collection (Mon–Fri) (€6)
    4. Pack securely, remove/cover old labels, attach the new label, and keep your receipt/tracking.

    Create An Post Return Label

    Who pays for return postage? For change-of-mind/fit issues, customers pay the An Post return fee. If an item is defective or we’ve made a mistake, we’ll cover the return (see “Damaged or Defective Items”).

    Returning Online Orders to a Store

    We offer a 30-day return policy for online orders delivered.

    You can return your online purchase to our store for a refund or exchange. Please bring the item and your order number.

    • No need to bring your payment card.
    • You’ll receive an email/text once the refund is processed.
    • Refunds go back to the original payment method.

    Important: This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish law. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

    In-Store Purchases

    Items purchased in-store may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

    For defective or faulty items:

    • Your statutory rights entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund.

    Refund Timelines

    Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank/card provider may take up to 10 business days to show the funds.

    If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of our confirmation, please contact us at contact@leavysshoes.com.

    EU Cooling-Off Period & International Orders

    EU Cooling-Off Period: For online purchases shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

    • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    To exercise your cooling-off rights, submit a return request via your account or contact us for help.

    International Orders:

    • An Post Click & Post is for Ireland deliveries only.
    • Customers outside Ireland should return to: Leavys Shoes, 113 O’Connell St, Limerick, V94 X012, Ireland.
    • You are responsible for shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes.
    • We recommend a tracked service and marking the parcel as “Returned Goods”.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage. Please:

    1. Email contact@leavysshoes.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
    2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions once approved.

    Coverage:

    • Leavys Shoes covers manufacturing defects for the first 3 months.
    • Manufacturer warranties may apply for up to 6 months — we’re happy to assist.

    After inspection, we’ll resolve the issue via one of the following:

    • Repair
    • Replacement (subject to stock)
    • Refund to your original payment method
    • Store credit

    Non-Returnable Items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

    • Gift cards
