Redz size & fit guide
Redz fit depends on the design: our range includes retro trainers and dressier ankle boots. Check the chosen pair’s fastening, toe shape and insole details.
Size chart
Redz’s size ranges are shown below. The UK column gives approximate equivalents that can vary by style. Use the EU size on your chosen product when ordering. A verified foot-length chart is not available for this range, so centimetres are not shown.

Use the sizes offered on your chosen product. A brand chart may include sizes that are not available in every style.
There is no verified foot-length chart in this guide. Contact us with the style and your measurements for help.
How Redz shoes fit
- Retro trainers: Set the laces so the midfoot feels held and the heel stays secure. Check toe room while standing, especially if changing from a roomier trainer shape.
- Own insoles: Some Redz trainers list a removable footbed. Confirm it for your style and try your own insole in the shoe to check the depth and heel hold.
- Ankle boots: Try with your intended socks and check pressure across the instep and around the ankle opening. A block heel is a design feature, not a width fitting.
Between sizes?
If you are between sizes, include the Redz model or style code when contacting us. We will advise on that trainer or boot rather than apply one rule to the whole range.
Brand guidance is a starting point. Product-specific details and the way the shoe holds your foot also matter.
How to measure your feet →How to measure your feet
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard, level floor with one edge against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
- Stand with your heel gently against the wall and your weight on the foot. Have someone mark the end of your longest toe, keeping the pencil upright.
- Measure from the wall edge to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for your other foot and use the longer measurement. Measuring towards the end of the day can be helpful.
Only compare this measurement with a chart labelled foot length. An insole or shoe measurement may include extra space and is not interchangeable. Do not add an allowance unless that brand’s instructions specifically say to.
