Loretta Vitale size & fit guide
Loretta Vitale has both fashion and Comfort collections. The brand name alone does not tell you whether a particular loafer or boot is wide fitting.
Size chart
Loretta Vitale’s size ranges are shown below. The UK column gives approximate equivalents. Order using the size labels on your chosen product.
| EU | UK (approx.) |

| 39 | 6 |
| 40 | 6.5 |

Use the sizes offered on your chosen product. A brand chart may include sizes that are not available in every style.
There is no verified foot-length chart in this guide. Contact us with the style and your measurements for help.
How Loretta Vitale shoes fit
- Bow loafers: Our bow loafers are slip-ons with no adjustable fastening. Check that the upper holds the instep and that the heel stays in place without pressure across the toes.
- Toe shape: Softly pointed loafers and square-toe boots have different outlines. Choose a shape that gives your toes room; a square toe is not, by itself, a wide-fit label.
- Boots and insoles: Check the boot opening, instep and fastening as well as the length. If you need a removable insole, ask us to confirm it for the specific style.
Between sizes?
UK equivalents are approximate. Tell us whether you are looking at a loafer or a boot and include the style code, as the same size can feel different across those designs.
Brand guidance is a starting point. Product-specific details and the way the shoe holds your foot also matter.
How to measure your feet →How to measure your feet
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard, level floor with one edge against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
- Stand with your heel gently against the wall and your weight on the foot. Have someone mark the end of your longest toe, keeping the pencil upright.
- Measure from the wall edge to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for your other foot and use the longer measurement. Measuring towards the end of the day can be helpful.
Only compare this measurement with a chart labelled foot length. An insole or shoe measurement may include extra space and is not interchangeable. Do not add an allowance unless that brand’s instructions specifically say to.
