    OMG size & fit guide

Our OMG Kazan trainer has laces and a side zip, a warm lining and a removable insole. Use those features to set the fit around your foot.

    Size chart

OMG’s size ranges are shown below. The UK column gives approximate equivalents that can vary by style. Use the EU size on your chosen product when ordering. A verified foot-length chart is not available for this range, so centimetres are not shown.

There is no verified foot-length chart in this guide. Contact us with the style and your measurements for help.

    How OMG shoes fit

    • Set the laces first: Loosen the laces before trying on, then adjust across the instep. Once the fit is set, use the zip for everyday access.
    • Warm lining: Try Kazan with the socks you intend to wear. Check that the lining and socks leave enough room across the toes.
    • Removable insole: If using your own insole, replace the original and check the fit with it in place. The heel should stay secure and the upper should not press on the instep.

    Between sizes?

Kazan is listed as a regular fit on our product page. If you are between sizes or need more width, send us your usual trainer size and foot measurements for help.

Brand guidance is a starting point. Product-specific details and the way the shoe holds your foot also matter.

    How to measure your feet

    Foot lengthHeel against wall
    1. Place a sheet of paper on a hard, level floor with one edge against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
    2. Stand with your heel gently against the wall and your weight on the foot. Have someone mark the end of your longest toe, keeping the pencil upright.
    3. Measure from the wall edge to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for your other foot and use the longer measurement. Measuring towards the end of the day can be helpful.

Only compare this measurement with a chart labelled foot length. An insole or shoe measurement may include extra space and is not interchangeable. Do not add an allowance unless that brand’s instructions specifically say to.
