    Pitillos size & fit guide

Our Pitillos 10580 Rojo sandal is listed as wide fitting. The extra room is in the fitting, so choose the length separately using the product’s size labels.

    How Pitillos shoes fit

This guide provides fitting advice. Use the size labels on the product and ask us if you need help comparing sizes.

    • Wide-fit sandal: Check that the ball of your foot rests comfortably on the footbed, with the heel and toes inside the edges. A wide fit should still hold your foot securely.
    • Buckle fastening: Adjust the ankle strap to hold the heel comfortably. It should not pull your foot forward or leave the heel sliding around.
    • Fixed insole on 10580: This model is listed with a fixed technical-textile insole. Do not assume it is removable because other Pitillos designs may offer removable footbeds.

    Between sizes?

If you need your own insoles or are between two sizes, ask us about 10580 before ordering. Include your usual size and whether you need extra forefoot or instep room.

Brand guidance is a starting point. Product-specific details and the way the shoe holds your foot also matter.

    How to measure your feet

    Foot lengthHeel against wall
    1. Place a sheet of paper on a hard, level floor with one edge against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
    2. Stand with your heel gently against the wall and your weight on the foot. Have someone mark the end of your longest toe, keeping the pencil upright.
    3. Measure from the wall edge to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for your other foot and use the longer measurement. Measuring towards the end of the day can be helpful.

Only compare this measurement with a chart labelled foot length. An insole or shoe measurement may include extra space and is not interchangeable. Do not add an allowance unless that brand’s instructions specifically say to.
