Refresh size & fit guide
Refresh includes canvas trainers, high-tops and heeled sandals in our women’s range. Match your fit checks to the upper and fastening of the style.
Size chart
Refresh’s size ranges are shown below. The UK column shows conversion ranges where style labels differ. Use the EU size on your chosen product when ordering. Centimetres are not shown while the available group charts disagree.

How Refresh shoes fit
- Lace-up trainers: Loosen the laces fully before trying on, then adjust around your foot. Check that the heel stays secure without pressure across the instep.
- Canvas and high-tops: Try with your usual socks and check the toe area while standing. For high-tops, check room around the ankle as well as the foot.
- Heeled sandals: Fasten the strap comfortably and check that your foot stays supported on the footbed without sliding forward.
Between sizes?
Do not assume a Refresh canvas trainer and a block-heel sandal need the same adjustment. Send us the model code and your usual size for advice on your chosen pair.
Brand guidance is a starting point. Product-specific details and the way the shoe holds your foot also matter.
How to measure your feet →How to measure your feet
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard, level floor with one edge against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
- Stand with your heel gently against the wall and your weight on the foot. Have someone mark the end of your longest toe, keeping the pencil upright.
- Measure from the wall edge to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for your other foot and use the longer measurement. Measuring towards the end of the day can be helpful.
Only compare this measurement with a chart labelled foot length. An insole or shoe measurement may include extra space and is not interchangeable. Do not add an allowance unless that brand’s instructions specifically say to.
