    XTI size & fit guide

XTI’s women’s range includes trainers, boots and clogs. These need different fit checks, so choose for the design you are buying.

    Size chart

XTI’s size ranges and foot lengths are shown below. Foot-length measurements cover EU 35–41. A dash means no measurement or conversion is available. The UK column gives approximate equivalents that may vary by style. Order by the EU size on your chosen product.

Use the sizes offered on your chosen product. A brand chart may include sizes that are not available in every style.

A chart comparison is a starting point, not a guarantee of fit. Check the style’s width and the sizes available before ordering.

    How XTI shoes fit

    • Trainer fastenings: Lace-up styles let you adjust the fit across the instep. Bungee laces offer stretch and may provide less fine adjustment, so check the fastening shown.
    • Clogs and slip-ons: Check that the heel rests on the footbed and the upper holds your foot comfortably. An open back should not make you grip with your toes to keep the shoe on.
    • Boots: Try with your intended socks and check the ankle opening and instep. Vegan describes the materials, rather than the width or fit.

    Between sizes?

Use the size labels offered on your chosen product and follow any model-specific fit note. Tell us whether you need more length, width or instep room before changing size.

Brand guidance is a starting point. Product-specific details and the way the shoe holds your foot also matter.

When your shoes arrive: a quick fit check

Try them indoors on a clean surface before deciding to keep them.

    1. Try both shoes. Wear your usual socks or tights and any insoles you intend to use. Adjust the fastenings.
    2. Check toe room. Your toes should move comfortably, without pressing against the front or being squeezed at the sides.
    3. Take a few steps. Check for persistent heel slipping, rubbing or pressure across the top of your foot.
    4. Something feels wrong? Ask us before wearing them outside. A different width or shape may help more than changing size.

    How to measure your feet

    Foot lengthHeel against wall
    1. Place a sheet of paper on a hard, level floor with one edge against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
    2. Stand with your heel gently against the wall and your weight on the foot. Have someone mark the end of your longest toe, keeping the pencil upright.
    3. Measure from the wall edge to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for your other foot and use the longer measurement. Measuring towards the end of the day can be helpful.

Only compare this measurement with a chart labelled foot length. An insole or shoe measurement may include extra space and is not interchangeable. Do not add an allowance unless that brand’s instructions specifically say to.
